Ways to Pay
Four simple ways to pay for your safari. All bookings are paid in advance, on the standard schedule below, and your planner confirms the amounts and dates in writing.
Book online
Choose a safari, press Book this safari and pay a deposit of 30, 40 or 50 percent, or the full amount, by credit or debit card on Pesapal’s secure page.
Bank transfer
Pay your deposit or balance straight into the Volcan Tours & Travel Limited company account. The account details are printed on your invoice.
Before you transfer, confirm the account details with us by phone on +254 716 692 555. We never change bank details by email.
Credit or debit card, online
Pay by credit or debit card from anywhere in the world. We send you a secure payment link by email, and you pay on the payment provider’s protected page.
We never see or store your card details.
In person, by card
Pay by card on our card machine (PDQ) at our Nairobi office. We do not accept cash deposits for bookings. Every payment gets a receipt.
When to pay

Online, you can choose to pay more than the 30% deposit, or the full amount, when you book.

- Never pay a private individual’s account or mobile money number. Genuine Volcan payments go only to the company account, a secure link from us, or our own card machine.
