Ole Serai Luxury Camp

Ole Serai Luxury Camp at Moru Kopjes is a tented camp in the central Serengeti, close to the Seronera River and near the striking granite outcrops of Moru Kopjes and Lake Magadi. The central Serengeti offers excellent year round game viewing, with resident lions, leopards and cheetahs, and the camp’s position makes early morning drives easy. There are 19 tents, including doubles, twins and an interconnecting family tent. Each has a covered veranda, wooden furnishings, a flush toilet and a pressurised shower, and the camp runs on solar power. A spacious dining tent serves meals made largely with Tanzanian produce, and there is a bar, a small spa, a library with board games, a boutique and an outdoor fireplace for evening stories. Activities include game drives, short guided walks to a hippo pool, bush breakfasts and sundowners, stargazing and birding, while balloon safaris and Maasai cultural sessions can be added. It suits wildlife enthusiasts and families with children aged five and over.
